Our services include followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers, and other engagement metrics.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Follow the Terms of Service of each social media platform you use our services for
• Not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Not resell our services without explicit permission and proper reseller agreement

4. Platform Compliance

You will only use our website in a manner that follows all agreements made with all the social media websites on their individual Terms of Service page. We are not responsible if your account gets banned, suspended, or penalized by the social media platform you're using our services for. Using our services does not guarantee growth or compliance with platform policies.

5. Pricing and Payment

Our rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The terms stay in effect in the case of rate changes. All payments are final and non-refundable unless we are unable to deliver your order. By adding funds to your account, you agree that:

• Funds are non-refundable once added to your balance
• Funds can only be used to purchase services on our platform
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction
• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension

6. Order Processing and Delivery

We do not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and we will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Orders typically start within 0-30 minutes, but delivery times vary by service type and order size.

7. Service Quality and Guarantees

We strive to deliver exactly what is expected. In some cases, we reserve the right to change a service type if we believe it's necessary to complete an order. Service quality varies by tier and is specified in each service description. We provide:

• Refill Guarantee — Most services include a refill period. If metrics drop during this period, we will refill them automatically at no extra cost
• Quality Variations — Different quality tiers (HQ, Premium, etc.) offer different retention rates and account quality
• No Engagement Guarantee — We cannot guarantee that purchased followers will engage with your content organically

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:

• We are unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts
• The service was significantly different from the description
• A technical error resulted in duplicate charges

Refunds are NOT provided for:

• Orders that are processing or in progress
• Completed orders where delivery was successful
• Account bans or suspensions by social media platforms
• Change of mind after order placement
• Natural drop in metrics outside the refill guarantee period
• Incorrect URL or information provided by the customer

9. Account Security

We NEVER ask for your social media account passwords. Any service requiring a password will explicitly state so in the service description. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results or outcomes from using our services
• Compliance with any specific social media platform's evolving policies
• Permanent retention of followers, likes, or other metrics
